Start Attractor has officially launched Venture Kneading, a new programme designed to support early-stage startups in refining their entrepreneurial projects and strengthening their path toward market readiness.

The programme opened with a lecture on Design Thinking by Cipriano Moneta, introducing participants to a practical and user-centered approach to innovation. The session marked the beginning of a journey focused on helping founders better understand problems, validate assumptions, shape value propositions, and develop solutions that respond to real needs.

The first startups participating in Venture Kneading are MuseionMolBook, and Ensembling.

The name of the programme reflects its purpose. Just as dough must be worked, stretched, and shaped before it is ready, startup ideas also need a process of continuous refinement. A promising idea is only the starting point. What matters is the ability to test it, challenge it, reshape it, and turn it into a venture with a clear value proposition, a credible market logic, and a stronger growth potential.

Through Venture Kneading, Start Attractor aims to accompany startups in this crucial phase, offering a structured environment where entrepreneurial projects can evolve through discussion, feedback, mentoring, and practical tools.

The launch of the programme confirms Start Attractor’s commitment to supporting the development of new ventures by connecting knowledge, entrepreneurial ambition, and hands-on innovation methods.
